Hi, what’s the Qantas club in Brisbane International like for a nighttime flight?
Do they serve food?
Is it crowded?

It's comfy enough.
They do serve food. There are usually a couple of hot dishes out (with rice or noodles to accompany), a large urn of soup, several salads, and a couple of desserts to pick from. So it's not the largest range in the world, but it's not bad.
Generally, the BNE Intl Lounge gets busy as time creeps towards the LAX departure. Never seen it overly busy between 3 and 6:30pm, though.

Technically Qantas Clubs are only domestic. Internationally there are Business and First lounges, or if combined, simply international lounges.

It’s OK. Much better than the (domestic) Qantas Club but nothing to write home about. At night it’s mostly just QF15 pax so plenty of seats but busy.
