Katie - Basket Press Shiraz, Rod & Spur Shiraz Cabernet (or Cabernet Shiraz depending on vintage), and Rifle Range Cabernet Sauvignon are all built to age longer term. With the right cellaring conditions they will last 20 years. I think 5-8 years is a good yardstick for most Aussie wine, especially if you aren't too sure of your home cellar. As Robert is quoted as saying "hide them in your cellar as long as you are able".
The Moppa Springs (Grenache Mataro Shiraz) is also a good one to age in my opinion. I am putting my 2012's away now. I have 2 bottles of the 2006 left which are just drinking beautifully right now.
The Black Shiraz (sparkling) can benefit from a year or two of additional bottle age, but at my place they tend to be lucky to last 1 year.
The main "drink now" wines from Rockford are the Frugal Farmer, Alicante and some of the whites.
