Changes to JQ On Departure Upgrade Prices

Apologies if this has been answered already within this thread - what is the process for requesting ODU on say a booking such as SYD-MEL-BKK? Is the request made at SYD or MEL?

the request is made at the first port of the international departure. So if you are on the JQ29 leaving from Sydney, then make the request in Sydney.

If you are flying domestic down to melbourne first (not on the JQ29), then you would make the request in Melbourne.
