That is so not cool,send them the $20 in 5 cent pieces along with one of those fuel saver dockets that you get from the supermarket,and a little note saying you were worried that they were suffering financially and thought they could make use of the vouchers-then delete their number from your phone-with friends
like that who needs enemies.
