I just updated the app and it's giving me the same invalid email error. Guess we'll have to wait until the next update for this to be fixed. 👎

Yes - just updated the app and my trips have disappeared and it won't let me add them. The website is still working fine. I presume the app will settle down shortly.

I got that first try, tried again and got in but no trips.

While I am at it - did everyone else lose all the pretty destination photos a couple of weeks ago?

The website is still working fine.
The web site now has this message at the top: CheckMyTrip is now available in the mobile app only. To sign up or log in, please download the app from your App Store or Google Play Store. 😕

Been trying to log in on the app for the past hour. No joy.

My website still works and just refreshed it to check.

The app did display some of my flights a moment ago - including some canceled bookings - but not all of them and some incomplete itineraries. One destination photo was there (Tehran). No flight numbers, seat numbers, plane types, etc. Then when I tried to go back from a specific trip to the menu, they all vanished again. Seems like they may have launched the beta version.

Yes. I rebooed the app a few times and it finally accepted my email address and I got in

DO NOT UPDATE THE CHECKMYTRIP APP

it is a completely different interface and it appears all of the ancillary information like ticket numbers is no longer available

Yep. Just made this mistake. What were they thinking? Major downgrade on previous functionality. Importantly, no more e-ticket details.

At least you can still get these details through the web interface (for now).

Managed to log in, but no eticket or terminals for any of my flights. Not sure if time to panic yet.....or just CMT being dumb or they just moved it somewhere I cant see.

Everything looks alright on RJ and Finnair...

The website version of CMT (on a laptop, not a phone) still seems to have these details. But for how long... I am more worried that the app included two cancelled flights and did not reflect changes made/flights booked in the last three or four months. That means it is clearly not a window into real time Amadeus - which was its only selling point.

CheckMyTrip has just been updated, and seems markedly worse. I thought it was just a gui update but:
  • It no longer displays e-ticket numbers or seats
  • You can no longer log into a desktop website
  • To add a trip you now have to interact with a coughpy chatbot.
Not sure how anyone at Amaedus thought this would be more useful, unless they accidently released a half-finished version.

I have a few random past trips still in the new CMT app.

Plus a very weird QF one called “Platinum” from 3 days ago (I’m not WP).

Origin FFA - (Kill Devil Hills) at 8:13am to PTU (Platinum) 12:00.

Actually the PNR refers to a real EK F booking I have…which thankfully still shows up correctly on QF and EK websites. I hope the CMT gremlins are solved soon and that they add navigation buttons instead of having to deal with the silly chatbot to do anything basic in the app

Just tried to login and it seems you are not able to use the app without running the latest update.

Re CMT, If you are not logged in to the website I cant find where to login, but on a computer where I was logged in previously my session is still active and can see all the relevant details from upcoming trips.

This is on their 'How to Login' webpage: 'Please note that some CheckMyTrip users might be experiencing issues logging in after our latest app release on 1st March. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. We are sorry for the unpleasant experience.'

When trying to import a QF itinerary into the app (app now shows none of trips I can see on website so trying to re-add), I got this message 'Sorry, the airline who made your booking asked me not to use their reservation number when adding trips, in this case we can only add your trip manually'. Got the same message for two QF itineraries, one with partner airlines and one without. Adding manually just asks for flight number and date, so no way that could show a ticket number without the PNR

All bad signs....
