Wow! "Early" breakky at Quarter to 10am. Some have it rough.

Watching 'till I board QF15 approx. 1:30pm CHC time ...

Greetings all. After a day on the town is there a plan for those at the DT to meet up before dinner? We have been past the restaurant (its adjacent to the Arts Centre and Canterbury Museum) and there is a boutique bar opposite that was pleasant last night, although I think happy hour finishes at 1830.

I'd be interested in pre-dinner drinks if others are :)

Happy to meet at the bar before dinner if others are keen.

I suggest 18.30ish at the little bar/cafe opposite Curator's House. A QF "F" lounge it isn't. Front door says "Meet/Eat/Drink" and it has a dumpling specialty (which were very good). I can wear my AFF name badge for ease of identification for those I do not know. Does anyone want to share a taxi from the DT.

Ive got loads of wine/ cheese and snacks in my room which has a lounge room. Room 202. Bring a glass but not a stranger

Sounds good. Are you suggesting this as an alternative to the bar or as a general drop in for a drink, before 1830 ?
