They've made it more difficult now, since eStores weren't moved to the new web UX and the SSO doesn't work between them.I may be especially dim today, but where do I find the pending list? I've clicked and scrolled around the Velocity website but can't see it.
So:
- go to Shop online and earn Velocity Points for Virgin Australia travel
- log in (near right of red menu bar)
- under [My eStore] choose [View eStore transaction activities]
- pending stuff should appear at the top of the list (descending date order), with empty circles under Status (circles are filled for completed transactions)
