I wouldn’t call yet. I think it was up to 12 weeks until they paid in the T&C. My nephew is still in dispute with one merchant (Sendle) about his 2k points owed as a sign up bonus, which will net an extra 5k points in this.
Shouldn't affect the 5k here, as there would still be the standard few points credited for send, which is sufficient for eligibility.
Still worth chasing up of course.
Ive also lodged claim with sendle as my mums account didnt get any points credited even though my Dads and mine came through. Minus the bonus points even though i dropped off my parcels on the 31st they said they had to have been picked up by that date. Which i cant dispute at the moment as i forgot to take a screen shot of the t&cs.Ah I wasn't clear enough here, they haven't credited any points. No, it had to be scanned in to their system by that date. After trying a drop point where the attendant didn't know anything about it, I eventually dropped mine off on the 26th December at the pharmac_ on King William Street Adelaide, where the pharmacist did know what to do and scanned it in.
I was promptly invoiced by Sendle and the bill was charged to my card on the 31st.

I have an issue with Velocity posting the despatch date rather than the sale date for my Onsport purchase, thereby disqualifying it for the Christmas promotion. It has been with the relevant 'team' for weeks now. No response so farI would email Velocity about the BP points missing.
I had a 1600 point 4 fill bonus and after 5-6 weeks emailed them and was told there was a known problem and it would be passed on to relevant department and my bonus points finally posted about a week after.
