Flybuys issue with Christmas promo.
I received the 10,000 but my wife only received 5000. Velocity are claiming that it is because we have a joint Flybuys account - or I should say one account with two different card numbers. This would probably be the case with most households surely. I have disputed that no where in the terms and conditions does it say separate members of a household should have separate Flybuy accounts to be able to make two separate claims for two separate people on two separate velocity accounts. If it did, we simply would have bought a $2 air freshener from Autoco. The call centre supervisor saw my point but has sent it up the line which means we won't hear anything till next Christmas.
Has anyone else had this problem? Or did anyone successfully get the 10,000 points with both themselves and their spouse using Flybuys as one of the five?
