Any thoughts on these responses from Velocity - 20,000 Velocity points denied despite full compliance with the offer - because we can't prove we complied:

I have raised your concern that you did activate it on the website, and not on the email link that was sent out. Apparently, theres no other way for us to check on that. The website promotion should work the same way as the email link.
Once youve click the Activate link, that should pushed through right away. If not, then possible that there might be an issue with your browser settings or internet connection.
I understand how important this is, however we still have to abide by the Velocity Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions which ensure all our members are treated equally and fairly which is why we have to politely decline your request.
