What am I missing as I cannot see where this mentions the expiry date.Never fear. It's still in the cache, just got moved around:
Amex Bonus Rewards | Partner - **** SMITH

I was just coming back to say I found it but you got in first. It is there. On the RHS, there is a scroll box showing the T&Cs. Scroll down. See the image I posted earlier in this thread for better explanation.

How can we fax this page? it's patchy, everything is everywhere. From the header, from the layout it's so obvious it's not amex website. Are we sure amex will not challenge this cache?

If not - then just don't bother at all. Give up, let Amex get away with their shonkiness, and don't earn the points you're entitled to.
BTW, Why is a BING cache any more dodgy than a locally saved page? I could hack together a page that has incorrect T&C's.
Go find your own version. I'm sure you saved one ... didn't you?
Why not refer to my earlier post where I posted this:

That's close enough.

Just had a phone call from American Express - I was called because there was an internal bulletin sent around this morning about it - the bulletin acknowledges that there was a problem with the website showing an incorrect end date for the promotion, which was never intended, but for those that have provided evidence with the screen shot, they WILL honour the promotion until 30th June. However, the bonus points that they honour under the promotion will no longer be automatic, as they will have to be manually backdated, so they will take 6-8 weeks.
You HAVE to fax them through a copy of the screenshot - thanks have to go to Mal for providing it here.
I rang Amex about another matter, and was told without any delay that the **** Smith promo was meant to finish earlier but the wrong date (30th June) was posted on the website. They will now do monthly manual reviews of all the cards that were registered for the promo (I was told they had a spread sheet listing all those registered for the promo), and that it will take 6-8 weeks now for the bonus pts to post.
I had a purchase on the weekend, no bonus points, so it was a phone call and they are sorting it out..

I have been away for a few weeks and have missed all the fun.
Are the points for this promotion still posting for some or is everyone suspended until further notice?
Sounds like a lot of effort to try and get the bonus points. As per other comments, points stopped posting mid-March.
Ring Amex, and be told the promo is going to 30th June
You may or may not need to threaten them with a screenshot (I have a copy if needed)
Expect no points to post and expect to follow them up again in a few months.
