I don't see any difference between digitial and non digital for security risks.

Tried 10 different Amex cards, between 4-5 different names and email address, only 2 got accepted. Will be a challenge to buy more. Was hoping to buy $40-50k worth. Would be lucky to get $10k (currently $5k)

Not sure how their website is set up. But from the 20% off Uber GC last year there was this issue. I called gave my name, number, email and first 6/last 4 digits of card I tried to use to the CS on the phone. Hours later they called/emailed to said I can make the purchase. I did and went through fine. Did the first one this morning with my details and usual main card and went through fine.

Did one in partners and mums name, diff email, both failed. Then tried one with dads name and an Amex supp card in his name and went through fine.

Rang CS for partner and mums failed transaction. They took details and advised they'll call/email with an update.

I tried again this evening with mobile phone connected to home WiFi....no luck with credit card payment.

I managed to get 11 (edit - now 12) x $250, broken down into smaller purchases over the day as I figured out what I could spend these on. Id try for some more but I maxed out my edge card on other things before I know about this. Im using my Edge in the hopes I get 3x, but Gold Charge gets 1.5x so still not too shabby.

Perhaps smaller transactions work? Im just using for DEFT and perhaps SRO.

Still can't make my first purchase!
Every time I get "Transaction failed, please contact customer service."
