OT:

Curiously I flew DRW-SYD on Friday and it was a tray meal with 2 "new" options.

I had the braised lamb with couscous (was quite good for a Y meal).
Chicken something was the other option.


Washed down with J beverages thanks to an awesome CSM

Actually it was a really awesome crew, kudos to QF for that...

Just Flounged (SYD) prior to QF21 to NRT. Rather surprised by the lack of pax here - less than 2 doz ATM and < 10 when we arrived at 1800.

Still it was a pleasant and interesting experience and much better than the previous J lounge experiences. Just finishing with some sticky toffee pud and a De Bortoli sticky.

Yep the lounge is very quiet of an evening and is a VERY pleasant time to visit!

Watching the sun set towards SYD CBD with great food and wine is a perfect way to end the day and then board the flight
