Current Qantas First Lounge Menu (SYD/MEL) and relevant topics

Thanks!!
Will be looking forward to the lamb..
Looks like they brought back a fish burger (albeit a different style) but took away the Zabaglione gelato :(
Interesting they have another champagne in the "market inspirations" section.

Sorry I only have an iPhone and am using the app. How is this? It was SYD F lounge
Thanks! I think I'll have the soup, lamb and snapper (2 mains:mrgreen:) as well as the deconstucted black forest cake as well as a glass (or 2 or 3) of the Wolf Blass red next Wed night prior to my flight to Japan...as soon as I get on board, it will be zzzzz time!

Here are the spicy duck salad, lamb and sticky toffee pudding (that one was on the "Market Inspirations" early March). All of them were very nice, but not remarkable.

Mjam, the lamb looks great- will definitely have to give that a try in two weeks time :p Also good to see that they're sneaking in a fourth champagne choice as the Delamotte just doesn't make up for the Bol being gone :o

I also had the duck larb and the slow cooked lamb. I resisted the urge to have the salt and pepper squid like I always do. The lamb was the best out of the two I thought.

I'll join you kpc, except I'll be in the MEL Flounge awaiting a flight to NZ!

I tried searching to see if this has been addressed elsewhere, but I'm curious what would happen if I booked a QF Domestic flight departing from the International Terminal just for F lounge access to guest a friend who is flying international that day, then not get on the flight? Can you exit from the airside area after going through customs?

You probably can, but it's likely to be more complex than it's worth.

Depending on the ticket, you may forfeit the fare.

It should be possible to leave as you would be 'HLO' and you could explain that 'you just got a phone call and have to head home'. There may be a wait as immigration decide what to do with a pax with an unused BP with D sticker.

For the times when you are already full of salt and pepper squid and tattinger but still a little peckish. There is always the " plate of sides"ImageUploadedByAustFreqFly1363951468.503242.jpg
