Is there copy of the current F Lounge menu floating around anywhere?

It is a strange thing that we like to complain when something is not quite right. I imagine the Chefs in the First Lounge did, during the day, cook hundreds of other meals that were simply perfect!..

Well I will be in there on July 4 so keeping my fingers crossed ... as is my son!

It was not just undercooked, it was extremely undercooked. I would think the majority would of sent that dish back.

I'll have 1½ hours in MEL on Wednesday, followed by 4+ hours in SYD on Thursday - looking forward to it. (Don't mind my Fish 'undercooked' as long as it comes with some wasabi and soy ... p)

I have boarded QF11 now so it is too late for that. As an aside, in J, didn't we use to be able to get a steak sandwich etc as a snack mid flight? I note it does not appear on the current menu.

You beat me too it. Just noticed they came up on the AusBT website too.

I'm breakfasting in July, but will be September before I sample the complete menu, by which time we should be on the "Spring menu" I think?

I appreciate your disappointment, however glad you were able to have it addressed asap with the chef concerned. I'm sure they would have been equally concerned and offered an alternative.

I never got the chance to try the blueberry pancakes (only apricot) but I'm looking forward to the banana ones next week!

Chorizo tart and meatballs also look good.

Too bad the zabaglione gelato is missing two seasons in a row now

This looks like a very good menu. Can't wait for the Wagyu Carpaccio on my next visit, which will go well with the Coldstream Hills Pinot I think. The meatballs also sound very interesting so I might have to 'research' those too Glad I've got a few trips through SYD and MEL during winter to try out all of this. Good effort QF.
