Flounged on 4 April.. didn't grab a pic of the menu but as part of 'Market Inspirations' there was a beer-braised wagyu beef cheek.
Seriously, it was one of the best I have had. The meat just fell apart and was unbelievably tender. Came with a side of potato mash and asparagus.
Ended up getting a second...

The printed menu the other day suggested three Champagnes on offer:
Taittinger NV
Veuve Clicquot NV
Delamotte NV
Although admitedly I didn't walk up to the bar and ask... I will have to perform some penegal QA of the menu on the next QF run to SIN
