This looks like a very good menu. Can't wait for the Wagyu Carpaccio on my next visit, which will go well with the Coldstream Hills Pinot I think. The meatballs also sound very interesting so I might have to 'research' those too Glad I've got a few trips through SYD and MEL during winter to try out all of this. Good effort QF.
