i ordered a 6pack of Larry Cherubino Pedestal Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 from thesippery with some credit i had. I was sent the 'elevation' instead. I suppose thats a good thing?

even though in site the pedestal states "in 12 packs" it still allowed to checkout with only 6 in cart. at $96 minus credits for a 6 pack i think either wine would be a good buy.

I select 12 bottles, and go to check out page, it still shows 172 (auto apply $20 off) to me.

Seems to retail for $12/bottle more than the standard Pedestal. I'd be happy with that.

Did anyone else have issues with Vintage Cellars? Their website was shocking, nothing loading or adding to cart and check out was glitchy.

Off course, it didn't track and I find cash rewards renders the deal with compared to shop back.

I may just cancel my order, better than returning items because it can take so long for CB to be approved.

sorry, i may have been confusing with my comment. You only need to order 6. Most wines on thesippery will state if you have to order a straight 6 or 12. Pedestal indicates that you have to order 12, but thats not the case.

Since I would have bagged Dan's had the outcome been otherwise, I feel obliged to praise them on this occasion. I ordered an under wraps 96 (Halliday) point 2018 cabernet blend but received the 95 point 2017 vintage (which is still a very good wine). After a bit of a wait and then some negotiation via their online chat system, they refunded and let me keep the wine. A good result...feel like I should go home and open one now.

Yep - whole bunch of problems with checking out and in the end I just gave up. Annoying, but there are always other deals and I ran out of time to figure out what the issue was.

No issues from me checking out or tracking cb

I had issues trying to pay with CC but PP worked well.
Cashrewards tracked but for the wrong amount :(
Their customer service is actually better than ShopBack IME but I’ll probably cancel this order, can’t be bothered chasing cashback for this one.

I had a similar positive experience after delivery couriers twice broke bottles of wine during delivery. First time was a 6-pack that they arranged to have re-sent, 2nd time was a single bottle in the subsequent 6-pack. They proactively compensated me (for more than the broken bottle was worth) and also refunded the delivery fee, which made an already cheap purchase even cheaper. All in all, thumbs up from Dan's customer service on this occasion.

Sorry to hear. Everything worked well for me. CB tracked fast and I received the order in less than 24 hours from purchase - I suppose I should open to make sure it’s the 389 and not the Koonunga Hill 😂
