I predict a mix of coldstream hills single vineyard/reserve series for the $175. Roughly fits the RRP, and that's what I'd purge if I were TWE.

Very subjective question...Is it good value?
That's certainly what I got last time. It's all fairly inoffensive wine, quality wine making but with an eye on margins. Not great value even at half off. It's the perfect gifting wine brand at the reserve end.Very subjective question...
Personally no.
Especially given the deals on recently.
Hi Bill,I expect that's right for the Clarendon Baker's Gully that GWD was selling (2008 and 2010). The 2010 and Mourvedre still has plenty in it imho, and is great at $25. But yes, the 2013 Grenache that Langton's has been selling (also for $25) is really excellent. Had some again yesterday with my carbonara and it was fab.
I picked up 11 x 2010 Brookman Shiraz last year for $50 a bottle in a deal with a bottle of Astralis, and I must say I was underwhelmed with that one, despite supposedly being better than their Liandra range.
Oh well.
Now... where are these last minute EoFY bargains!?

Sorry - looks like their most recent efforts to clear out their stock have moved it all...Hi Bill,
Do you have a link to the 2013 Clarendon Grenache?
here are the other bundles from FWWIf you look under the hood at the mystery packs on the Cellardoor website you'll find the following product details listed (this is for the $175 packs only) -
MIXc = Fine Wine Week Shiraz Mix
MIXbbb = Fine Wine Week Mix
MIXccc = Fine Wine Week Cabernet Mix
MIXcc = Fine Wine Week Pinot Noir Mix
MIXd = Fine Wine Week Chardonnay Mix
I could only find one of the FWW bundles listed in this thread from the time they were available (courtesy of qaz):
Fine Wine Week Cabernet Bundle 7pk $204 ($29/bt)
2 x Wynns Coonawarra Estate Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 $45
2 x Coldstream Hills Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 $60
2 x Saltram Mamre Brook Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 $38
1x Saltram Edward Salter Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
I appended the current RRP from cellardoor to the first 3. Can't find the Edward Salter but also assume it's not included since the mystery packs product detail specifies 6 bottle cases. So the value of the cab sav bundle above is only $286
Best case scenario maybe they're swapping out one of the cheapest bottles with that bonus one so
- 1x Mamre Brook
+ 1x Edward Salter (rrp around $100)
Total would be $348
Does anyone have the other FWW mix packs saved? I delete almost all the emails I get from TWE

Dang - I went for the second bundle on the site based on how few there were... it's mixbbb. I suppose that means I'll get a fruit salad of blah? Boohoo. You are a legend. I got the d mix hoping it's the chardie.
I'm curious about where you found the FWW reference, and am hoping you are wrong. I went for the 3rd one on the basis that there were only 120 cases available whereas the others were between 300-700 cases. On reflection it was not a wise decision as the *best case* scenario is a 57% discount and it's possible according to the offer that they get come in at RRP :-( Maybe payback as the only times I've ever bought from cellardoor have been single bottle purchases with a$20-30 discount voucher. Yep, would be good to know where the correlation between those mixes and the a,b,c codes came from.I'm curious about where you found the FWW reference, and am hoping you are wrong. I would not be happy if that's what I got.Yep, would be good to know where the correlation between those mixes and the a,b,c codes came from.
I just looked back over TWE emails and the plain 'fine wine week mix' (suggested by DLR to be 'mixbbb', which matches the URL for second bundle in the roulette) was a $410 rrp mix... I wouldn't be ultra sad if that's what I've ended up with, though it does have some whites in it...

Yep, I already have a case of that from the famed black/grey deal from Dans. But as far as a $175 box goes, that one doesn't look as awful as it could be...I would not be happy if that's what I got.
Grey label RRP is $45 Dan Murphys sells it for $30, and I got it for $14 through BWS.
I'm preparing to be disappointed and that's for the best case scenario. The mystery in that mix is a sparkling shiraz with RRP $100: Seppelt Show Sparkling Limited Release Shiraz 2008 | Cellardoor.coI would not be happy if that's what I got.
