It is leased until mid 2023. The BWS is part of a new WW development at Molloy/Station Sts and Princess Hwy. The Liquorland should get all the commuters getting off the train at Bulli.

I got the 2010 Vat 8 several years for a similar deal. Really nice wine. That one is 95 Halliday points though so not really comparable. Haven't had one for a while (the remainder are having a rest for a few years) but also think can probably do better for $30.

Got an email from DM's over the weekend spruiking the 2003 Eden hall Shiraz Viogner, $120 delivered for six. https://www.danmurphys.com.au/product/DM_ER_1000004098_EHSV2003/eden-hall-shiraz-viognier-2003

I remember Dr Ralph and maybe Beefarmer going for the 2007 Eden Hall CSV sixer at $99 and enjoying it greatly ... anyone got any tasting notes/insights on the SV above? Specifically, would it be holding up at this age?

Be warned. This delivery comes:

I've had several items sent by this method. They NEVER arrived. DM's did refund after a total of 9 phone calls, a lot of unnecessary stress and wasted time and some threats by me as they accused me of actually receiving the items, via a gift card, but it took many weeks to get my money back.

I got the cab merlot last week, it is the Layla. No problems with delivery, as for all of my previous DM orders.
