Crikey, I hate to fail anyone out there with a bad recommendation so you will find this chardonnay good. In my opinion, much, much better than good. Two other punters commented on it via Winemarket, and I also delved into the internet to get a feel for it
before I bought it. It felt damn good, and especially after the Brothers and sister cab that vinomofo put out. That was another beautiful wine.
So I have had one out of six and as I turn to my tasting book, guess what, I am going by memory. No notes except ummmmmmmmmmmmmm. Nil desperandum TDC, money back guarantee like the fo. I will pick them up from you the first week of January if you don't like them. More than that, Wozza will buy half of your remaining. Only joking, you will love it. And the reason you will love it is that these fox Gordon folks make wine with finesse. We are not talking about big clunky Oldsmobiles, we are talking about swarve citroens, or fiats if you get my drift. the chardy is not in your face, but has a nice complexity to it. I could go on, but I wished I had the notes. I am just not as efficient as Wozza with his supurb Vivino library.
In fact, such is Wozzas' visual descriptions that I am going to pull out one of our mutual VM buys, have his vivino review handy, and I am going to look for all those characteristics he mentions. Who hasn't done this reading the back of a nice bottle? If I find inconsistencies, or plagiarism, or tasting notes that were mentioned that I cannot find, I am going to a lawyer to sue this lawyer. Slater and Gordon. They will take my case pro bono. But they aint gonna take my case of the Empress. That's too nice ! Wozza tells it in a real way, so I am going to put him to the test soon. I don't want to find that wozza was on hallucinogens during the making of his vivino piece.
So hope to see you in Sydney in January with your bottle of Vintage Krug. Oh, that's my thankyou pressie !
Cheers
