Not very good reviews on TRR for the 2018.
Didn't read any reviews - tried couple of 2018 Filsell bottles already and liked them over 2016 vintage I had before. Just had a look at TRR and saw that they rated 2019 higher - I would have thought given that 2019 had been a very hot year in Barossa therefore producing some big alcohol in Shiraz that year.

Have you tried a older Filsell? I found 2018 way to big, hope it will mellow out with time.
I like it big

2019 is no longer labeled "old vines"
Not sure if they are using a different vineyard to source the grapes

Filsell used to be a decent mid-week drop for us until I had the 2016 which we didn’t like at all so I stopped buying it since, hence why I checked the reviews this time.

Agreed - I didn't like 2016 (really liked 2015), skipped 2017 thinking it was a challenging wet year in Barossa and I thought 2018 Filsell was great.
That said - to get the discounted price they are forcing you to commit to a full dozen which I personally dislike to do.

Just curious. Anyone experienced suspicious signing up of other website after purchasing some price error deal recently?

Decent price, but last year it was $60 a bottle through Cellardoor.co?

I thought they do it yearly?

I'm trying to avoid expensive bottles, but I am buying Te Mata Coleraine Cabernet Merlot 2020 6PK at $77 when available wholesale.
That is a great price for Coleraine... Can you put us on the list of those to notified when its at that price...? :)
