There's been some speculation (confirmed by at least one of the wine producers on WF) that Kemeny's Hidden Labels do not always get the same fruit as the proper label release. I've been steering clear ever since.

I'm sure that's possible, hard to prove or disprove without tasting the bottles side by side :-)

But I came here to say that my $10 bargain in the last year has been the 2012 Wynns The Siding cab sauv in Kemeny's Hidden Label form.

I got an email from Serrat for their new releases. Wasn't quick enough for a couple of varieties.

I got the email from Serrat yesterday, Chardonnay, Pinot and SV still available to buy.

Freight to Tas $35/Doz or any part there of.

Ouch! Was $10 for Victoria per doz.

Sounds like they work their way down a list...

I have a special milestone coming up and I am looking for a good price on some Dom or Krug if anyone knows of any at the moment, else wise I might have to my duty free allowance next week.

Yes, $35- excluding insurance is on the high side IMO. I joined very late so happy to have the opportunity.

Have any Serrat wines of this vintage been rated? Any links....

Just logged into my Amex site to find $150 off $300 spend at Langtons!! Expires 12th August.

Think that's the Vintec spend sorted :)

EDIT: Can be multiple purchases:

  • Save the offer to your eligible Card and spend $300 or more on that Card, in one or more transactions, online at langtons.com.au only by 12/8/16 to receive a $150 credit. Limited to the first 5,000 Cards to save the offer.

Anyone else have this offer? That would be cough if someone found a manual link to it.

Cellarmasters 30% off wines with this code 30CASHREWARDS (says selected wines -but worked for every example I tried including sparkling)

The Kemeny's code for those interested was KHL1801. Agree good at $10.

VC periodically have Metala Cab/Shiraz at this price, good quaffer. And IIRC VM had Penley Estate Cab around that price too.
