Just a reminder that this deal ends today - good way to buy already good-value Woods Crampton and Eden Road wines, with Woods Crampton reds and riesling $23, Eden Road chardonnays $22/$32 and pinots $27-$28

looks like Code welcome75 is not valid?

Wendouree 2014 for those who missed buying off the [thread=68216]mailing list[/thread] :)

Better off getting some '00-'04 vintage, they'd still be drinking very young if opened now, could leave for 10 years plus IMHO drank a 2004 Cabernet Malbec about a month back and felt like I was committing "Vinocide"

DADS code at WM for 20% off today only. Brings Michael and John riddoch down to about $80 in a 6pk with CR.

Willowlake 2014 Pinot and Terre a Terre cab sav look tempting too.

I couldn't help myself and went again on the WineStar AMEX deal. That's 3 cards down, still one to go.

2 x O'Leary Walker Polish Hill River Riesling 2016 @ $18.99
2 x De Iuliis Hunter Valley Semillon 2015 @ $15.99
2 x Kalleske Clarrys Barossa GSM 2015 @ $17.99
2 x Wickhams Road Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 2015 @ $17.99

With the non-dozen shipping charge, it came out to $151.92 - $50 AMEX = average of $12.74/bt.

Mainly posting to give credit to WineStar's service. I only ordered on Monday around 1pm, and the order was delivered in Brisbane yesterday. Packaged beautifully too, I might add.

My colleagues are concerned I have a drinking problem. I've assured them they're wrong; I have a storage problem. :)

Terre a Terre is cheaper at Cellarmasters for those with a $100 Citibank voucher, but otherwise my picks besides the Oakridge are (after Cashrewards):

95-97pt St Johns Road Block 3 Barossa Shiraz 2014 $26.21/bt
93pt Schwarz Wine Co. GSM 2013 $11.54/bt

Or for a mixed case:

94-96pt Halliday Premium Reds $19.22/bt

Did you know that you can buy gift cards then combine them to pay for a dozen wines and avoid the delivery fee?

+1 for both the service and storage problem :)

Saw that, thought about, decided for the pricepoint of wine I was after the $10 wasn't a big deal. I'll probably kick myself gently if I decide to put something on the last card before the promotion ends, but what's $10 between friends, eh?

I used to buy a lot of wine from WM but struggle to find anything these days even with 20% off. Is this due to Woolworths' crumbling profits or am I just getting hard to please? I must admit I have enjoyed filling a trolley at Dans instead of waiting for the case on the front door step lately. Very few other options here in Coffs Harbour.

Just bought a half case of the Lake's Folly Cabernets 2014, where as part of the closure trial 3 are under cork and 3 are under screw cap.

Watch this space- i'll let you know how hey turn out in about 20 years.

Well my self-imposed ban on buying lasted almost until pay day. :-|

Looking forward to this mix from Different Drop:

2013 Dell'uva Verdicchio
2013 Rieslingfreak No.7 Fortified Riesling
2016 Unico Zelo Cherry Fields Dolcetto
2016 Freeman Rondo Rosé
2015 Calabria Private Bin Saint Macaire (I've tried this previously & it's a great wine - and $15)
2015 Soumah Brachetto d' Soumah (This truly does have a chocolatey after taste - back for another meeting up with a chocolate fiend)
2016 Lino Ramble Blind Man's Bluff cougho
Semillon Stars Mixed Six Pack
2013 Bunkers The Box Tempranillo
2014 Calabria Private Bin Aglianico

And then of course got sucked in by the Malbec mix from VM. When they pick up the Star Lane Sangiovese & Hewitson Miss Harry I'll be back to no more space so don't but any more!
