Which is better GSM or Cab Blend?
Welcome aboard rafael.fonseca, - I can not answer the question for others - for me it is hands down the Cab Blend

Yes. BWS seems to have random sales to clear lines that are not being stock anymore. What's available varies from store to store. Some stores never seem to have anything.

for me, both good but I preferred the Cab Blend

Both taste good served cool and I alternate between the two. They seem to keep 3 days in fridge, cab actually likes a bit of air.

Yup. Both good and cracking value. My slight preference would be to the Cab Blend, but the GSM is right up there. Both taste good served cool and I alternate between the two. They seem to keep 3 days in fridge, cab actually likes a bit of air.
I was given the 2006 Moet as a birthday present and I can still taste the meagre glass I had as we(QueenBee) shared the bottle with another fantastic couple. It is without doubt the best sparkling wine/champagne I have had in my life. In fact, Ronnie and I still have fond memories of it when we start discussing the best of the best. I hope you enjoy it you lucky thing. It was worth every bit of its nominal retail price.Whoever beat me to it and snaffled those clearance bottles of 2010 Leconfield Cab Sav in Tahmoor BWS for $17/btl.... I forgive you. For in their place I picked up the following bunch for about $140 after all clearance prices and discounts

I'm still in shock! This is at Macarthur BWS (where there are a bunch of other wines also on clearance). From memory there are still Petaluma 2010 available, some Stefano Lubiana, more Chris Ringland Reservation and Seppelt Sparkling Shiraz, among a couple of other premium end ones. There may be more champagne if you're prepared to dig, but I nabbed what I could find once I realised the prices. Haven't got the original breakdowns on prices with me.
I bet you a bottle of 'something nice' from Wozza's collection that you WILL purchase something between now and the end of the Summer ...!!
I have followed through before, so happy to help you stick to your buying amnesty.
If you stick to it, I will make sure it's over $100 retail. If you fail, well, at least you get whatever the 'astonishingly good' wine is instead!
Challenge on. Be honest.

Buy a case of each, rafael. You won't regret it.
I lasted less than 24hrs. *Hangs head in shame
Having missed out on the CM Maverick Bonanza, the GSM is back up again at $9 a bottle incl discounts. I was gutted to miss it last time around, and....er.... couldnt resist...
I failed Wozza. You can keep your bottle of '82 Petrus Pomerol for now....

Quite simply, all of us do not drink enough. The supply-demand scale is heavily weight to the former, so start drinking more ! And as far as not drinking red in summer, that's the real issue. With you on this one Warlock.
Had 7 cases arrive in the last 2 weeks and put myself on buying ban.
Only to cave this morning and get both the Mav GSM & Cab blend.
No willpower at all...
