Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Spend $120, get $50 off. Received them for no apparent reason other than they just want me to spend omen money.
Sometimes you can find a good deal on CM so will keep an eye out.

I'm sent one of these at least every second week.

Never used one yet.

I haven't received any of those and email settings are set to Yes.
If any of you have one that you want to give away, I'm more than happy to put it to good use! :D

Just in regards to previous discussion regarding CM obligations when it comes to typos...

https://au.news.yahoo.com/a/3316540...-price-after-typo-on-jewellers-website/#page1

I do not think this has any similarity to a CM order. It is the disclaimer that opened the door for the plaintiff - “Please note; in the event that a diamond is unavailable, a diamond of similar or higher grade may be offered, or a refund of the purchase price.” It was an invitation.

CM says this:

4.7.2 - Where a product is unavailable we may choose at our discretion to substitute it for a product of similar quality or cancel the order.

Which is similar, perhaps slightly less concrete.

I'm thinking the highlighted gives CM full rights with no recourse available unless you can prove the product was available.

Possibly so, I'm no lawyer, but it seems very similar to the disclaimer offered by the Jeweler.

In any case it's fairly inconsequential.

From looking into the Cracka deal further:
* Despite purchasing through the website, a gift voucher will not appear as Cracka on the merchant desciption (so won't trigger AMEX or Cash Rewards)
* Applying a gift card to a subsequent order means that you can't apply a referral voucher

I hope this helps others out there, it just cost me $25

Wow, that sucks. Sorry it didn't work out :(
