Assume it was fine - Cruiserette had it decanted 1 hour before I returned home and the guests had it mostly skun before I arrived - that's the glass they saved me - the 2004 Wolf Blass Black Lebel was sensational also - cork was perfect on it also.

Cork status?

The cork broke, but both ends were extracted cleanly though. Didn't decant, just popped and poured. Unfortunately out of some pretty poor glassware but still a great wine.

Thanks to the experiences of others here I managed to get a few good buys from the sale. I bought two 2010 Clonakilla Shiraz Viognier - I see the guide on the bottle is 5-10 years but dies this have the potential for 20 years cellaring?

Whilst the information on the back of the bottle supplied by the producer is often conservative, in this instance Halliday says no.

You cannot get both PricePal 6.15% + Cash Rewards 7% - it's one or the other - cove can and will get Wish at minus 7.5% plus either PricePal at 6.15% or Cash Rewards at 7% = Total 13.65% or 14.5% off Dan's already discounted prices.

Then along comes blacky with the 8.5% ball from left field - let's see this one.
