If you spend as much as some the savings would be significant.

The saving will be 2.5% - less opportunity cost of tying up your money. On $10K spend, your max saving is all of $250. Easier ways to make such savings IMHO

Not quite sure why you say that, at the time of spending there is nothing to suggest the OP knew that Woolworths had breached the security rules.

As a lawyer in NSW the ethical standards I'm required to uphold would have prevented me from using the second card. The NSW law society may well have regarded my conduct as fraud if I had used both and revoked my privilege to practice law. However, Woolworths have now given me permission to use both...hence FREE MONEY!

It's all good Doc - your Wish cards - spend as you please / don't spend - totally up to you - I chose to wait until the dust settled - still have not even printed mine - I'll spend when time is right.
