Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

The Marl is supposed to be good, looking forward to your comments.

I would keen to hear them too; I've a few bottles of the 2013 The Marl that I picked up on recommendation of the guy at DMs but I'm just not a fan. I'm putting the rest aside to see if a few years helps but won't be picking up any more.

Received my Blackwell this morning. Exquisite timber gift pack.

Looking forward to mine arriving :)

Mine have just arrived in Tas, 10 days from ordering

Vintage Cellars are offering members online Metala White Label Cab Shiraz 2012 @ $10 each. Limit of 24. Good quaffer at this price IMHO.

Dan's have it for $9.95. Actually cheaper in the long run if bought from Vintage Cellars with membership card, which gives 5% towards a cellar share.

Cross posting, but anyone in Perth, or a frequent attender here, want to go halves/split a case of the Krug 2003 on vinomofo at 260 a bottle?

The DM's Red Knott quaffers caught my eye this week, so I got one of the Shiraz and one of the Cab Sav, $10.90 in a six, to try - will let you know how they go. I also picked up a Hentley Farm The Marl Shiraz 2013 that I've been wanting to try for a couple of months - $22.

Trying the Red Knott Cab Sav tonight. Not a bad quaffer, but I think it needs a year or two to smooth out the finish. Decent value for $11.
