Great!, Did you get email confirmation for shipping? or did it just turn up out of the blue
cheers
cheers
Can’t open the attachment here. Is it NV?
Delivery confirmation email @8:30 last night and delivered this morning at 9am. I had spoken with Jeff (I think) on Tuesday confirming my address, which had not loaded correctly in their system
Last night I wasn't sure if it was the Femme, as company was Bam Wine Logistics and this was my first order from FWC
Curiouser and curiouser, as Alice would have said.
As far as I can see, Femme NV is not even listed on the DL official website .
And, as a side story for those intrigued by the earlier confusion re bottle size, I had an email last night from the company stating inter alia that:
“For now, Femme de Champagne 2000 is still available in bottles 75cl and Femme de Champagne 2004 is only available in half bottles 37.5cl.(half bottles of Femme de Champagne are only available in 2004 vintage).”
Ah yes, the German interview.Qaz covered this a couple of pages back with a link to an interview where they explained that the Femme has gone NV for vintages good enough to produce a Femme but not at the level of outstanding years.
Outstanding years will be released as vintage.
current NV is apparently 2004 - though they seem to have released some half bottles of this as vintage

They have also bught Chapel Hill wines; Krondorf wines; Riddoch wines and Isabelle Estate in New Zealand. Cheers RugThis may be of use if anyone is after single bottles of Barossa old vine company shiraz 2015 @ $120/b: ($70 after promo)
Barossa Old Vine Company Shiraz (pine-box Single-bottle) 2015
Round, soft and full flavoured with lengthy fine grain tannins. Flavours of fruity spice, coffee, chocolate and blackberry carry through onto the lengthy and persistent palate.www.cellarmasters.com.au
I've no experience with it personally.
Woolworths bought the label in 2013 from Langmeil:

Troe but the Wine Companion does show 95 points for the 2014; 96 for the 2013 and 94 for the 2015. Cheers RugBe wary when buying Dan Murphy specials as the Vintage advertised via the rating given, eg 95, isn't the one actually supplied! Dan Murphy blames their marketing department, though it happens a little too often for comfort.
Pretty sure they don't own Chapel Hill although CH do make some wines for Woolworths/CM.They have also bught Chapel Hill wines; Krondorf wines; Riddoch wines and Isabelle Estate in New Zealand. Cheers Rug
Thank you, I don't read AFR and hadn't seen that news.Woolworths' Endeavour Drinks buys Chapel Hill wines

Hadn't heard from them at all since the order confirmation so glad to see them show up.
This isn't correct. It was widely reported in the media as a recent purchase.Pretty sure they don't own Chapel Hill
Who Makes My Wine?
In the belief that wine drinkers should know who owns which brand, the website www.whomakesmywine.com.au was set up some years ago. However, the website’s owner took it down as she was unable to continue maintaining it by herself. With her approval, I have decided to host this information here...www.therealreview.com
