Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Yep!

Even from Taipei (where I've today seen a range of made just for China Wynns wines) I say wait. $20 a fair target. Achievable within 4 months with patience.

Agree. I bought a case of 2012 Wynn’s Black Label Cab Sav a few months ago, via a DM special and am sure I paid around $34 or so each.

Again, with anything DM, keep an eye on the Vintage they end up supplying.

Amex have spend $150 or more and get $50 back at The Australian Wine.
Havent ready had a look through yet. Seems mostly overpriced but could be a decent deal in there somewhere

I like the 2015 Heirloom. It retails for around $40, though their current offer had it for around $20, which isn’t bad. I’ve bought it from them as a special for as low as $15.

I don't think its been mentioned yet, but there's a little trick with the Vintage Cellars 'HASEL' promo code.
It gives a bottle of Haselgrove Col Cross and Ambassador Shiraz with purchases over $499. If you fill cart with enough items to quality, the code will apply the two bottles to your cart and discount the price of it (essentially making it free). But this also adds the initial price of the Haselgrove bundle onto your cart total ($174.99), therefore allowing you to remove a few items from your cart without losing the bonus. For those calculative ones, it means your in cart products just need exceed $324.01 (499-174.99) and you will still be eligible.
Unfortuantely, double points finished a few days ago, but still a somewhat decent deal if coupled with wynns bundles/st hallett/2for$100 champers. Edit: 2.5% CB as well

So the current one is not that great a deal?

Wynns Black Label & Cab Shiraz Merlot 3+3 Bundle - $99

That's not bad. Prices the CS at $21.50/b and the CSM at $11.50/b
which is pretty decent pricing. If you buy enough to throw in the bonus bottles sleepypolar pointed out it looks pretty good

I think this is Tyrrells Vat 1 Semillon. If so, seems like a decent price. Does anyone know??

Certainly reads like VAT 1 but when I went to pick up my order it was Tyrrell's Pokolbin Hunter Valley Semillon 2015. When I explained to manager that you can get that for $22.50 at Langtons, he offered me a refund which I took. He followed up with HO and they said the ad was no longer there, but I just got home and its still there ☹

Just re the 'under wraps' semillon 2015.

Dans offered me a case of this over the phone about a month ago claiming its a declassified Vat1.

similarly the mount pleasant lovedale 2015 is being cleared as single site hunter semillon elsewhere.

not sure if this is just a bad year for big hunter whites

whenever there is a declassified wine, that means that year vintage is not up to standard, but tyrrells vat 1 2015 has a very high rating as well as the quality.
