Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

My email says premier as well..but pic was also gran cru...hmmm
My order says premier cru in the description but the picture has brut grand cru on the bottle. I think the Femme de Champagne is all you need to look at with the description, that seems to be the vintage range which has recently been released as a blend using some past vintages.

Whatever shows up, it’s been an experience 😂

Edit: the more I read the more it seems the Femme de champagne range has recently switched to a blend with the majority of it being the 2004 vintage but they aren’t displaying that or advertising it that way. I think the order will be honoured with the bottle saying grand cru brut as this is what the femme de champagne range now is.

I didn’t receive a call or email but just checked my order history, it is showing as Premier Cru.

in case you missed it:
They (and I above) mistakenly wrote Premier Cru instead of Grand Cru as per bottle label:

everyone should be receiving the Femme

yes, it seems that the NV is indeed 2004, but not or no longer labelled as such due to its quality (perhaps similar to Mount Pleasant’s 2015 Lovedale becoming Anne) - and so priced less than its vintage-declared counterparts

Better than $15 a bottle? Which is what it is now with the 15% off and 8.5% cashback at cashrewards?
Yep, with a $50 voucher i can squeeze a bit more out, but if i didn't have a supply in the cellar I'd be happy with $15

Has anyone received shipping notification for their Femme de champagne? I haven't ordered through them previously, and considering the monumental stuff up with this one the shipping may be somewhat delayed?

Was just wondering the same thing. Mine is still sitting as in progress.

My FWC order on the Duval Leroy Champagne went through.

But -- that's because somehow I stupidly managed to order the Fleur not the Femme. Serves me right for being a little too greedy and not checking. I wouldn't have paid $42-43 for a NV champagne that my wife's champagne snob mates will not have heard of.
