Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

For those in SA (might work interstate with postage). Sip n Save have a deal with buy any 6 of Penfolds Max’s Range (Chardonnay, Shiraz Cab or Shiraz) for $29.99 each and they chuck in a Bin 389.

Works out to be about $180 before any postage. The Max’s range available seems to differ by store.

Some remaining stock at First Choice appears to have been discounted even further. Not much remaining though. I got some Jim Barry magnums for $30. They were $50 Last week.

This sounds amazingly similar to something we had in April 🤔

Do you have a link by chance? Their website is a bit meh

Their website is absolutely awful, I nearly gave up. The bottles on offer differ depending on store but the URL is the same (just need to change the store name). E.g.:

The Maid of Auckland store seems to have the full Max's range but when you get to the cart I couldn't get it to add the 389 so I gave up and tried another one that was closer to me anyway so I can pick up. I'm sure a simple email would get it rectified but I gave up:

Do not order online, they are hopeless and don’t Stock half the stuff they have online. Took 2 months to get an order refunded.. debacle is an understatement

Hi All
Can't believe i just discovered this forum! Have tried to trawl through recent threads, but thought I'd pose the question - any great deals around in Melbourne/online delivery to Melbourne? Specifically looking for Shiraz/Cab/Blends.

A lot of the posts I've read seem to suggest going into FC or alike stores to get the best deals, hence the mention of living in Melb. TIA :)

Welcome aboard Andrew04, in addition to any deals posted in answer to your query, it’s best to keep an eye on or follow the threads that interest you - many deals (Not all) come and go quickly.

Some BNE 1st Choice leftovers:

Clonakilla Viognier 2015 $30
Cape Mentelle Cab Sav 2012/16 $60
Reschke Empyrean Cab Sav 2008 $70

Looks to me that it's actually the 2016 Grey Label Shiraz, not the Cabernet Shiraz.
The descriptions and "accolades" wording matches the Shiraz, as does the RRP of $45
