I am going to guess that they made at least 5000 cases of this wine. If 3000 people bought it that is only 250 cases.

I bought this last time it was offered and even for an $8 bottle I was disappointed. I can't imagine how I'd feel if I had paid anywhere close to the "RRP"

Same here. I got the PayPal error twice and got two emails from PayPal saying that it has been reversed. I then tried credit card but it didn't work either.

The Bin 28 worked well for me but then I regretted to not have thought about it as I should have get the Bin 128 which in my memory (from 10 years ago when the Bin were $20 all the time) was my favourite of the 2.

That would be me, I wanted to give everyone here a chance to purchase first. I can't see them cancelling these orders. There's no pricing error, and the $25 coupon for first time users is a long-running offer.

I don't think what you've done is wrong but in my opinion it's not quite in the spirit of these types of forums. If it was your original find then sure by all means post it anywhere and everywhere. This forum is excellent and there have been some amazing deals but I think if deals start appearing on Ozbargain the next day, a number of contributors here may pause and maybe not post that great deal they were going to.

I don't think it's entitlement as someone else mentioned but more a fact that we should have an edge on Joe Bloggs if we're spending time and contributing and following these wine specific forums religiously. Tell your friends and family if you must but don't post it on one of the 50 most visited websites in Australia.

Thanks for the words of calm Bill, they certainly appear to be in short supply here at the moment. I would have thought 36 hour would have been long enough for most here to put their orders through, especially considering that most would have email alerts set-up on this thread. And if posting to OzB causes Wynns to cancel the orders, well, would this really be the first time an order has been cancelled? This wasn't a pricing error, this was a promotion offered by TWE.

The Wolf Blass deal appears to have originated on OzB, but many here benefitted from it. The good comes with the bad. Overall, most here would be ahead. Drop the entitlement and wait for the next deal.

Can’t recall many valuable wine posts from OzB being shared here so it seems information goes mostly one way. As Admin said you’re not doing anything wrong so I’m not making any accusations but I do have one suggestion, in future wait until shipping confirmations are being sent before reposting otherwise members will not to share good bargains on public forums.
