Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

I'm sure the leftover wine will still be there waiting to be sold after tomorrow morning. lol. Plenty more of these "oops, we put too many eggs in the China basket" deals to come too.

Is it known what's in the $80 magnum?

As a side note, interesting comment from the Department of Agriculture etc. (source): The composition of forecast falls in Australian production and exports is expected to change over the period to 2025–26. Following the loss of China as a major market, substitution by winemakers is expected towards lower-valued wines. It is likely that some grapes formerly used to produce high-value wine will be blended with other grapes to produce lower-value wine. It is expected this will happen relatively quickly because China was lost as a major export market before wineries started making wine from the 2020–21 wine grape harvest.
I thought I read most the loss has been picked up by the UK, and the US?

I'd be interested in those figures, what markets have increased in the timeframe they've lost shares in the Chinese market.

Thanks for placing an order with BWS - just a quick heads up, your order has been randomly selected for a security check & may be delayed. You will receive a text message shortly when your order is ready.

? What the hell

I've had this happen a few times with no consequence. No big deal.

Ends tomorrow morning.
10am to be more precise, probably ACST - @Tan18_01

Looks like Dans have added new stuff to their Members offers.
These ones look good

cheaper elsewhere :)

Not a huge deal but for those of you that like to stock up on Seppelt Chalambar Shiraz when it's priced at its best, CellarDoor.co is down to $15 today, which is as low as it gets there.
If they are that keen they should extend out more invites and offer deals to non top tier members.

Had a bottle of Pierro Cab Merlot LTcf yesterday for dinner. For those who wonder LTcf stands for "Little Touch of Cab Frank" (Initally I thought it was something like LGBT)

The bottle I got was a Xmas edition and stated "Little Touch of Christmas Folly"
Terrific value at $18 if it is still available and would undoubtedly make a great Xmas present.
Thank you, now I want to pick up 6 of these. However since some BWS shops are carrying 10+ bottles of these, I am going to chance it and wait for a 25%+ from Shopback. I think a big one is due because of Click Frenzy, eofy, Endevour Group de-merger, and also Shopback tends to one-up on Cashrewards quite often. Hoping for around $13 pb plus targeted bonus points. Fingers crossed otherwise keeping my powder dry.

Cashrewards is 20% but uncapped. I'm not sure BWS via Shopback have ever done uncapped.

The bonus 10% and 5x pts ends May 19th best of luck!

I think currently it works out at $15.50 per bottle.
Not sure if the ducks will ever be lined up like they are right now.
