Denali Demo and Rebuild

I have 110 piers under my home, ranging in height from 20cm to 2 meters in height.
Every hole has a name (multiple swear words) as they were hand dug out. Joys of owner building 30 years ago.

Was it the ghosts complaining the reason why I heard creaking every night for several weeks?

I said to Mr Denali that I want to print on A3 and laminate the plan and drone photo and tie them to the fence.

But then again, anyone can just look the plan up on the DA tracker as its public knowledge..... I do this all the time for the builds that are going up around us.

Was feeling a little bit down yesterday, as we were supposed to get our slab pour but it was raining, but this morning at 6.03am the cameras told us people were arriving. We're off site today, currently looking at the Opera House from Mrs Macquarie chair, but watching via the cameras.

No but got home and was chatting with them, they keep saying it's a big slab. I guess they're comparing it to new homes with half the land size.

They are also utilising mum in laws land and driveway access so good thing we own the place as I guess a neighbour would be unhappy. We purposely removed garden hedge, fence and gate panels to help with build access before we started the demo.

And if you're ever near Liverpool/Carnes Hill, I highly recommend the Black Elk Cafe for breakie or brunch. Amazing feed after our early city appointment and only took about 40mins to drive there

I put up a 20sqm shed in the place in the Hunter Valley.
I said to the concrete guys to increase the slab thickness so it can carry a car hoist.
Not that Im putting a car hoist in.

Wasn't expecting any works today but our power pole was installed. Now waiting for our 1st stage invoice to be received so we can ask about frame delivery
