Discussion on Cats, Moggies and Felines in general [with Pictures]

As somebody else said, it's a bit cold. Bought Max a heat pad, set it up with his plush bed on top, he no like, he moved the bed off the pad then climbed in, did his usual kneading and meowing and then curled up and went to sleep. It can't be too hot, it was only on the pad for a couple of minutes.

He really is a funny cat - ours used to love the heated bed.

So an extension to Max’s cat run out towards the bicycle path, so he can watch the kids going to and from school. The roof needs to be modified a bit at the overhang.
We had one previously that was very close the path, it was removed when we had the extension done.
The crashed bird is some cheap sculpture that rusted apart.
The markers are for a possible water tank, might have to be a bit narrower though.

He has the biggest cat run I have ever seen - it takes up most of your yard! But he deserves it I am sure.

No photo evidence but..
Just a mo ago, discovered a front verandah screen door ajar… ( It has a magnetic catch to stop him winkling it open..but...)
The front of the hacienda is not cat friendly and leads to all sorts of temptations (and risks)
Grabbed a head torch and walked out onto the lawn..in the distance the torch picked up tiny pair of eyes , a call and the eyes quickly morphed into a cough at speed.
Gee he is a good cat, he almost always comes when called.. even in the face of great temptation...

You are lucky he is such a good boy and comes when called. Could have been nasty otherwise. Not a cat, but at one house we had to keep a door deadlocked as our springer spaniel used to jump up and knock the latch so that he could get out.

I had a night away last night (amazing first escape for many years).. and the cat was inconsolable.. patrolling the house and quite bothered.
Swmbo found him this morning sleeping on my Doona.
I think my best friend is a cat….
