We are having the family room floor redone , everything is out including the cat.
We have set up home in the adjacent longe and walled it off ,everything else that we can access must be done from outside.
His Imperial majesty is loudly unimpressed; to satisfy his noisy demands one bed has been returned in the sun near the window but that goes tomorrow when the workmen arrive.
I am going to have a lot of placating to do for a couple of weeks….

They are at it again tonight. No fighting just moving around for the best spot, ignoring the stand on the other side of the TV. Maybe a little passive aggressive staring at each other just before two cats tried to share the one spot.

An entire apartment, heated blankets, cat trees and multiple stands but no they both wanted this spot at the same time

A bit like siblings - I want that spot because he/she wants it.

The RSPCA in Adelaide has a black cat up for adoption.
So what you might ask.
Well, this is the third time this cat has been to the RSPCA. The now 20 year old kitty has outlived his previous 2 owners!
Anybody prepared to take their chances?

Mornings seems to be a high risk time, I try and keep carpeted room doors closed then. And not too much food 1st up if it's the type to gobble it down.

No but I can’t leave anything lying around. Used to just putting a plate down and not necessarily in dishwasher straight away. Not any more. He does try and get into the dishwasher if I leave the door open. Today I went for a walk and put the camera on. He was sitting on the kitchen bench Today he helped me read AFF

They had come from Beruit going to Hannover, 1 and 1/2 years old.

Would liked to have talked more, but they had to rush.

Carry-on luggage I presume, in US costs extra $50-$150. No they don't get their own seat.

So hows does Max behave when in jail?

When I had a cat for the first couple of hours she would be sooking and trying to scratch and bite everybody. So she was left alone.

Once she calmed down she demanded to be patted and cuddled and was a staff favorite. She either tried to boss other cats in discrete cages or studiously ignored them whilst simultaneously displaying utter contempt for them.
