This is Boots and Juno fighting over the best warm spot. Juno’s brother usually gets ‘pushed’ to my shoulder while her brother Boots aims for the big stomach.

The boss has been away for a few days, back tomorrow then off to Vancouver on Sat for 3 weeks, he has been mostly good, although he tackled me as I was leaving on Monday, paws around my leg, have to try and get a photo.

Here he is in his comfort bed next to our bed, he doesn’t use it much, he prefers to be by him self in the lounge room.

We had meat balls and fettucine for tea, Maxie wanted some of it.

It is cold here, like a lot of other places, best spot is in bed and Max likes this, he kneeds it and meows pathetically before settling down.
I,ll have to find another “warmer” for him, our others loved sitting on them in winter
He will be happy in 10 days, but who is counting!

They are spoiled coughcats, both Max and your baby Brissy - they love the heat and to snuggle up. And yes - the weather is feral.

The thing about Australia though (according to +1) is that it never gets cold enough that you have to shut the bedroom window.

unless there is rain or snow coming in your window then you need a window open at night (YMMV )

As somebody else said, it's a bit cold. Bought Max a heat pad, set it up with his plush bed on top, he no like, he moved the bed off the pad then climbed in, did his usual kneading and meowing and then curled up and went to sleep. It can't be too hot, it was only on the pad for a couple of minutes.
