Discussion on Cats, Moggies and Felines in general [with Pictures]

Our old puss (sadly now departed) used to have a couple of tricks in her repertoire to get your attention. If the TV was on she would jump up and stand in front of it so you could not see the full screen. If that didn't work she would push things (like magazines, pens, whatever) off low tables/buffets/tv cabinet etc and then fix you with the "And what are you going to do about it" look.

I understand this Cat.

I feel for the owners - bet they worried about Puss leaving in at a cattery. Patsy was 19 and we thought that was old! She had never gone to a cattery as there was always someone who could cat sit for us.

The 30yr old one looks pretty sprightly considering his age.

That 30 year old looked amazing for the age. The best I had was a Burmese at 18 and three quarters.

Daughter bought a new ottoman so that she could put her feet up when watching TV as she has a hip injury. Someone else clearly likes it. She sent this photo of it:

Re: The totally off-topic thread

Some days you feel like you are not winning, today is one of them.

Although at least I didn't have to get out of bed at 5:00am to make it to the airport by 7am.

I had to deal with dog pee, dog poop and cat vomit this morning, all before 7am...

Re: The totally off-topic thread

Totally
At least the dog knew she was in trouble; the cat on the other hand just looked at her spew with disdain.
Oh to be a cat! I know exactly what you mean. Bolt the dinner, throw it up on the floor (usually on the newly cleaned carpet) and then a look as if to say, "You have a problem with that?"
Daughter's cat did that last week when I was at her place but luckily it was on the tiles.

You forgot one thing - the cat then complains that they are hungry. ;)

Sometimes if you leave it long enough so relents and eats it (again)
