GarrettM - love your cat's markings! What breed?

I honestly have no idea. I saved him from a shelter in Kalgoorlie eight years ago now. And he kinda saved me too, if I can be slightly melodramatic. He's just a long-haired, constantly molting, rather demanding moggie. But he even helped seduce the wife. And she was allergic!

Music For Cats

Here is an extract behind the science:

[h=3]The Science[/h][h=1]After two years of research Teie had acquired enough to test his theory.[/h]Music for Cats was born out of David Teie's scientific theory on the fundamental nature of music appreciation by mammals. He contended that every species has an intuitive biological response to sounds present in their early development. Felines establish their sense of music through the sounds heard after they're born: bird's chirping, suckling for milk, or their mother's purr. With this premise, Teie composed Music for Cats, incorporating feline-centric sounds and their natural vocalizations and matching it to a cat’s frequency range. An independent study conducted by researchers at the University of Wisconsin and published in Applied Animal Behavior Science verified that Music for Cats resonates conclusively with its audience, writing that “cats showed a significant preference for and interest in species-appropriate music."

The sample was reminiscent of early Cat Stevens with a little Atomic Kitten in there. That was just the start. A little further in I could detect Australia's own Cat Empireblended with Ratcatt but the finale was pure class with the cough Cat Dolls.

Anyone else get this?

I do, because it's just the way that you do it, you don't coughfoot about.

The outside Cat has decided MEL is too wet and cold. Cat has decided my leg is a great place to sleep. Been an hour now, leg has gone numb.

Daughter was sent some plants in a basket. When they were removed Madam Cat rather liked to sit there. With the cold weather she has found the bed to be a preferred spot for keeping warm.

What strange things does your cat eat?
I recently offered Munn the Cat some passion fruit yogurt, she liked it. Also likes some cheeses.

Current cats tend to be fairly dull foodwise.
When I was younger our cat ate anything we did. If we offered it to her she ate it. Remarkable.
