Does anyone here actually collect amenities kits as a hobby?

I have had a shoe horn in an amenities kit. IIRC it was IB.

But you posted the pic - where did that come from? I was assuming an amenity kit that you had received.

From my mother's estate . That is why I was thinking the 80s
I don't remember receiving it in an amentities kit in the last few years
Mind you happy to be wrong :)

Very strange. You may want to have a closer look at the logo/typeface to see if it really does match the current version.

I can see the difference more clearly now. Shoes must have been tight in 1984 ;).

Thanks to the first page to the link to ehbh! I can Marie Kondo my family home now of all the amenities my family has been collecting for years.

I only collect the amenities bag if its pretty cool or practical like JAL's business class one and Qantas' business class one (ugly but the zipper is so smooth and the pouch is huge!)

I really like Qatar’s kits. The Brics case. I have a few of those. They bring me joy.

Does this lot count, apart from a couple of kits and a couple of sets of PJ's this is the current hoard most of which is less than 12 months old. After SWMBO stated Hmmmmmm it growing again I am sure a lot will be given way on this site at some point.

What airline are these from? @Matt_01

They are older mens EK J kits. They were up for grabs in one of the "free stuff" posts last year last year but no one put their hand up. They are actually quite handy as the inside has lots of little sections and if you are the type of person who restocks with your preferred items everything has its own home. With the internal loop it can easily be hung and all items are in an up right position.

I used a couple of other for years until they died. I did not know I had these I was forced to dispose of the hoard last year.

Matt_01 I'd be interested in the Emirates J men's amenity kit, particularly the crescent moon with the Bulgari toiletries.

I find amenity kits useful for going to the gym as well as travel.

Feel free to PM me if you'd like to lighten the load a bit.

@Genji88 most of my hoard is given away in "free stuff" posts or to local shelters. Last year I attempted to do it on mass but it ending up dragging on with people not sending their details. This year I am just giving away "stuff" in smaller amounts on a more frequent basis.
