Don't transfer points (Velocity Email)

I would speculate that, based on a 'cryptic' email received from Amex yesterday, VFF will be having another transfer bonus deal in August...

I wondered about that, fingers crossed!
I need to do a Transfer to SQ in the next month, so will wait till tomorrow to determine whether it’s better to go direct or via velocity.

A bit disappointing... 15% Amex to Velocity, or 20% for Plat Charge/Centurion. It's on for 14 days.

I am getting the same error message - since October! I have called Flybuys multiple times, emailed them the screenshot... Nothing has happened; seems they just don't care. Are you still having the error?

I’ve made a few transfers over the last few months and haven’t had a problem. Try a different browser or doing the transfer in a private/incognito window.

I tried different computers, different browsers, incognito mode... Still the same error message all the times. The most frustrating thing is that Flybuys doesn't seem to have any intention to solve this problem
