Re-qualified last week as Platinum with about 6 months to go and got DSC only offer. Double points would have got me more excited ( though not much) as I don't really have anyone to give partner gold/platinum to (sadly).
Well, Mrs Tooner is WP but a long way from re-qualifying, and she got the DSC offer.
I'm also WP but much closer to qualifying (and further from requal date) and got the double points offer.
There's logic there, but it may be from a tortured mind
Quick question, if I book flexis now flying between those dates.. and change them in a couple of weeks when I know exactly when I can travel, will I still get the DSC? EDIT: Phoned and asked, you get the DSC even if you change the flights after this deal ends, provided it's within the dates. It's what I would have guessed, but have learnt better than to assume. Looks like I'm booking a TBD flexi trip to Cairns then
I got the double points offer, just requalified platinum.
This is good for people who plan ahead, the same as the last double credits offer, but again nothing for folks who only book when they know they are going to travel.
Would not the vast majority of people travelling for work only book at short notice?
VFF Gold, only half way to requal with 3 months to go. Got the Double Points offer.
Hoping there's a SC for reward seats offer coming up soon (similar to last year).

Did you try the DSC link posted earlier in the thread? Like you, I only received the points offer via email. I clicked on the link for the double points first & then the DSC link & am now able to do both.
Doesnt mean both will get paid.

The T&C's would suggest that you're right Markis10. They're pretty clear.
