Think I will start my E-rewards again.
Gone to "forget password", it says that temporary password has been sent, but nothing in my email address.
Looks like its one of those where they don't immediately send the temporary password to get "back" into my E-rewards account.
Looks like I have to do a wait and see if they do indeed send me a temporary password.ill

Doing a survey and was asked if there was any kids in the house, thought lets answer yes for once.

Got a games console survey that asked the kid to complete the survey for 800 points. I did it but felt a bit creepy pretending to be a 16yr kid, even for a games survey.

The things we do for points.....

E-rewards takes hours to reply to forgotten passwords.
Also forgot my security question didn't I?
Takes a while to reset password.

Oomph.
Takes a long time, but have gotten back access.
But "you have no open opportunities...".
Ah well, lets see whats next.

I have yet tried to claim a redemption. While waiting for the redemption process to start working again, I've earned some more points and am now only a few hundred points (or one successfully completed survey) away from being able to claim a higher reward.

made a redemption today.. hope the points are handed out on time! :)

First time dealing with SMS verification codes but it seemed to work fine when I redeemed recently.

Still no surveys in inbox or on their website even after coming back to e-rewards.

Did about seven in a row this morning. There aren't too many that I complete in full these days, since there's not much use amassing points above the amount that you can redeem every 30 days.

Try not to be too obvious about getting myself screened out, and sometimes have to close surveys voluntarily (with no participation points) if I'm unable to get screened out.

Its hard when they don't email any surveys and their website says nothing available that suits me there, or words to that effect.
Nearly a week and its still sitting on a balance of zero.
In the past, they have been so keen to know so much about me, but now, its like I have been outcast(ed).

To VFF I had the points from e-rewards in 4 days from old surveys.

Thanks for that.. I am earning 2000 miles a month

I always get email from them.. like everyday still

Redeemed 6000 ereward points for VA this morning and for the first time, it asked to confirm my mobile number and then sent a confirmation code to my phone, that I used to complete redemption.

This is new but seemed to work smoothly, now to wait for the points to appear in my Velocity account - think Im still waiting for the last redemtion and will have to check statements.

Like 2fa or similar.
Noticed it myself.
Good to have it though some might not like giving out mobile phone number.

Interesting survey by the tobacco lobby.

Haven't seen a survey quite like it before. Example of a question:-

Do you feel that the Australian government misled the Australian public about the likely effectiveness of plain packaging in reducing smoking?
