If you go into e-rewards there is the option to choose how often you get sent emails. If you change it, log out and then go back in again almost at once it seems to effect the change. If you logout and go in hours/days later it does not seem to work as effectively.
I've found changing the frequency seems to restore the email flow.
The 30 day issue does annoy me. Sometimes it has been 35 days before it will let me do it. Not that I have marked the calendar or anything....
Another rant - that you cannot log in while you are away and:
- do your 30 (or 35 day) redemption
- accept any email offers as they come up with you are not in country of survey
- get email saying don surveys while travelling and get the above message = SO ANNOYING!
Averaging 2,000 VFF redemption every 32 days and currently earnt 23K eR points in last 30 days.
I always answer the survey honestly and still manage to earn enough points (too many in fact). I suspect that if your answers get flagged as inconsistent then that may lead to a problem. Some of the different groups that use eR do put cookies on your machine and that may well have something to do with missing out on offers or having none available as that company has logged you as 'dishonest'.
MOST frustrating is that multiple members of the household CANNOT use the same device to do the survey. Each one must use a different physical device. What is even more annoying is once you've used device X then it is blocked out and trying to find the cookie involved is very time consuming to say the least.
Time for replies to emails - I get the impression that they have too many addicts out there to really care. Some of my contacts with them have not had a reply within 4 weeks. Perhaps it is time to start writing down the various contact numbers that some of the surveys show for the particular firm conducting that survey. Contacting them and passing on feedback over issues with eR may lead to better customer support.
