Earn points on Bank Transfers

Did you contact Citi to find out why?
After a lot of back and forth where they requested the receiving account numbers and other information, they said it was a technical issue. I personally think they are declining transactions they believe are going to the credit card holders personal account and this is the start of the end for PayAll. Either that or someone on the backend is on holidays.

Seems very ad hoc and random though. But it hasn't happened before so maybe you're right that something is afoot.

Mine was declined today due to lack of fjnds because it went through 3 days earlier than usual and i hadnt made payment on it yet.......

Mine was the same! Luckily I had half the funds back in, so got half paid.

The reminder text that payments were coming out went out the same time the payment was made.

I was Thinking about calling but it's not as if they can recharge it.
And id prefer to Stay under the radar

So I'll just suck it up and Wait for next month

Two of mine scheduled in Jan processed fine, one other declined.
They're all to the same account. Nope, didn't call.

Does it have the fee noted when you activate but not actually charging or is it a continuing recurring payment from before the fee kicked in?
im keen to use it again but not if fee is active (mine says it’s 0.95% / $ amount just before I click submit).

ok thanks, I thought so -- so it must be only formerly established pre-fee (oct '23) recurring transfers remain exempt. this is great clarification, thanks for your quick responses too, appreciate it

Suspect Citi tech issues with public holidays. Although some rejected in the new year for no reason, others now being charged.
