Just got back, but missed the damn Taco Seasoning, I'll get that tomorrow then :)

59 Select items, lots of pastas and pasta sauces, stuff that last years!
$203.78 spent - This was a normal food shop with the focus on Select products
500 - We miss you points
58 Select items @ 25 each = 1450
2123 QFF Points :)

Plus I am still using up the dick smith cards that earnt 6.5 points per $1

So total haul was 3443 Points

Back tomorrow and I'll pick up 76 Taco Seasoning packs as I don't have a cat :( for another 1900 QFF

Taco's once a week is fine with me!

The only fully Australian product I found from Select was the Garlic/Herb bread

Called in at one Woolies on the way out to lunch today and another on the way home. Bought 244 select items for just under $200. Mainly cat food but a few mexican items, fruit salad and sauces as well.

Will probably get EDR offers for pet food for weeks now!

I noticed the Taco seasoning has a best before date of March 2013. So if you bought over 50 packs, you will need use at least one per week. Just wondering how fat some people will get in a year?

If you use lean meat and only a small amount of cheese or even low-fat cheese they are actually not that unhealthy!

Add some fresh tomato and even avocado and it's even better for you!

lovestotravel, you sure you weren't at my place for dinner last night and lunch today.

My dogs gave the paws up for the dinners tonight.

Time to try and do a markis10 tomorrow - hope the night packers drop some boxes of Select ;)

Yeah I actually tried the Select Taco shells last year and they were not that great and the El Paso taco shells were better. Then again they might have improved the shells.

Just been shopping, $36 for 36 items (mostly taco sauce, rippled chips and dog food) & put them on my daughters EDR card as she hasn't had an offer for almost a month.

Realised that I have a $200 prepaid MasterCard from Samsung. Hmmm, might be a big shop this afternoon.

Who was shopping at WOW Stafford this morning?

If anybody gains weight from their select range purchases, don't worry... Just means more points and SC when you have to book a comfort seat.

There were outside the cost/benefit range - besides don't you need tortilla seasoning for tortillas? :p
No, I wanted to mix it up. We enjoyed the spicy (mild) taco seasoning - well, Mrs LW and I did, my son had just cheese in his as we didn't want an early hours of the morning screaming wake-up to pacify.

Excellent - I'll head to Spring Hill then, unless you've already cleaned them out...

Umm, I did them on opening this morning (had to pop into Europcar anyway) and they have very little pet food, bit over Tacos!

The RSPCA will be getting a visit, Chermside updated overnight
