Logged into my QFF account this morning to see quite a few more points than I thought I should have, so then logged into EDR and saw they’ve decided to correctly credit me for the MACRO offer per transaction. And Brisbane never ceases to amaze me. I was glad when I was able to get earlier flight back from Canberra and arrived in city at 8:00pm. Walked to Woolworths and boy was I surprised when it was closed. Apparently Sundays they close at 6:00pm and with that went my last opportunity for the 300 bonus points tuna offer this week.

One day Brisbane will move into 20th century and get closer to the rest of the world....

I finally had success with my wife today - she had spent the last 36 hours with a bunch of FF's and had spoken at length with fifa's husband comparing their stories.

Any wonder east coast people say Perth is a few hours flying away, but 20 years behind, or something to that effect! Pretty much every major supermarket (Wollies, Coles) in Melbourne is open until midnight 7 days a week. Some are open 24 hours! A few years ago (possibly 10), most were open 24 hours, but they obviously didn't get enough business to warrant continuing with that strategy.

That's ok,we have the boom and you guys have the bust.
It makes it harder to do a Woolworths shopping gig though in WA.
Our trading laws are going to change but it will take a bit of time.
We have been kind to Metcash and their individual store traders but it means EDR bonuses are a 6 day week experience.

Not really. As you may be aware I commute and Sundays is the day I arrive back in Brisbane and do not do much shopping in Brisbane on this day. Anyway I know it is 9:00pm weekdays and did not think it would be any different on Sunday.

And silly me dad called me around 4:00pm and offered to go to Woolworths in Sydney.
