You two certainly have the midas touch.:)

Can't understand why others here don't get the volume of offers we do...?

Who knows what it is, perhaps its all about where we live...? Who knows...?:confused::confused::confused:

shintaro10x - If the offers stop tomorrow (for you and partner) and you get nothing for 6 months, I don't want to hear a peep out of you. You've probably had x10 more offers this year than some members have had since the start of this program....;)

Hmmm. Don't hold your breath on no offers for shintaro10x. The most they have had to wait so far was 2 weeks.

Some people fall in the sewer and come out smelling roses while most people fall in the sewer and come out smelling like sh....

And some people do not even have to fall in the sewer to smel like sh....

Still nothing for me but i get regular fly buy offers including this week a dozen Marlborough sav blancs for $99 + extra 2500 fly buys points=$20 gift card so effective price $79.

I suspect the more you spend the more offers you get, I was getting plenty spending 1k a month on average, now I am lucky to spend $1 a month they seem to have dried up!

Yes, l tend to agree Markis10.

When l was doing 4-5 weekly $20-$40 spends, l was getting lots and lots of offers.
I have now cut back my spend @WOW (about 2 per week) and get fortnightly offers, and they are usually the same offers each and every time.

The only value l see in WOW are bonus offers or fuel discounts. Just spending a little bit more (in my case), to get the extra 30 points or so, to me is a waste. If l saved the money from not purchasing that little bit extra and purchased a SYD-BNE return from the money l saved, l get 2000QF Points (+ 20SC + a few free beers in the J Lounge...lol) and would be in front. I guess everyone values the points differently.

Seems to me to be a lot like the way a dealer might look after his junkie customers, here try this for a change ;).

Not had anything for a while and expecting something on the morning of the 22nd, after I've unpacked in ZQN. Probably 4 weeks of offers, then I'll get back and they'll dry up.



Hmmm. I suspect this is another one of those where I am the one that has to break the stereotype. My parents spend >$150/week on my Everyday Rewards card and I think I have had 4 offers in the past 6 months and hardly any before that time.

So I do not believe spending more has anything to do with the number of offers received. I still say it is mostly luck.

I've only ever received 2 offers - ever!

I give the card a very solid workout, so it's clearly based around the type of spend.

What are you spending/not spending on to get offers?

Anyone noticed this? Yesterday Woolies petrol in PER was 160.x for 98RON, Coles petrol was 148 for 98RON. I've heard it said before that the 'fuel discounts' might not be real ... huge discrepancies like above certainly make you wonder.

Depends where you were getting fuel. Thursday in Perth is generally price rise day or Wednesday for BP. Generally you will have one servo that delays the price rise until Friday, so although that one Coles servo was at 148.9, the rest would have been up at 160.9 or what ever.

Just one of those Perth things, Fuelwatch does not encourage competition, especially when 95% of the servo's (well atleast around me) always charge the same amount as each other, so it comes down to personal preference as to where I fill up.

Woolies now have their own iOS app as opposed to the EDR app, and should show any special offers including bonii!

Thanks for that, shame it’s not a universal app.

Pretty cool that you can scan barcodes of products you already have though to check prices. Very nice.

Boy, EDR really love hitting us up with offers... A total of 3 bonus offers this week (2 for me and 1 for Mrs Shintaro)

View attachment 3434

And some people think these are random....?

Not random for us at all :)

This is very spooky
Just using it this morning, added my EDR log in and it showed specials for items I have previously purchased. Some of them are weird things so not random guesswork.
The App is v.cool apart from this as you can scan the barcodes of items you want to add to your list.

I of course got no offer but mrsdrron got 2.
BWS-buy 2 750ml bottles of wine for 300 bonus points.
Woollies-spend $40-100 bonus points,$55-150 points,$70-250 points and a week to do it in!

Now 2 weeks ago I easily outspent mrsdrron at Woollies yet she gets the offers. So again I dont think it is spend that brings in the offers.
